It is your responsibility as a member of the Cornerstone community to ensure your fees are current and up-to-date. You may want to research the hoa documents, disclosures and neighbors if possible. Once you move into your community you may want to become an active board member and attend meetings, etc.
By contributing to the development of a sense of community and responsibility amongst neighbours towards the physical attributes of the community, membership in the RA is granted through an encumbrance on title for each homeowner in Cornerstone. Annual fees will be established each year and billed to each homeowner. RA funds will be used for the administration, maintenance and beautification of the assets of the RA. Directors may also assess an operations fee if property tax revenue is not sufficient to find current needs. We also provide services in the areas of seed selection, plant installation, drainage, and irrigation systems. Not only do we maintain the current status of your landscaping but we also look for areas that may become problems in the future and suggest solutions. Landscape and maintenance services are available but not required as part of management.

We are very proactive in assessment collection and very prudent in expending association funds.
